As a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow in residence at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Meteorology with a specialization in tropical meteorology.
My current Research focuses on the problem of tropical cyclone rapid intensification. I have taught several college-level courses at Cornell University and the University of Oklahoma and have served as a graduate teaching assistant as well as the primary lecturer and instructor of record for sophomore-level courses.
